We’re giving away an iPhone 3GS (32GB) here at Spiffy Chaps! If you thought our first giveaway was cool, then this should blow that out of the water. Here’s how it works folks: to be eligible, you must be a registered user on our forums (its free of course) and have a minimum of 5 posts on the forums (remember that forum rules still apply, so no spam etc. etc.). At the end of the contest (February 28th), we will pull names out of a top hat to determine the winner. However, your name can appear in the hat more than once, and here’s how:
1) For every 5 posts you make on the forums, you get another copy of your name put in the hat.
2) For every person you refer to the forums(this means the newcomer will put your username in the refer part of the sign up form) you get another copy of your name in the hat.
3) For every 3 comments you make on the site, you get another copy of your name put in the hat (if any username disputes arise, do not worry. We have all the necessary technology on our backend to see who actually commented)
4) You get another copy of your name in the hat if you become a fan of ours on Facebook.
5) You get another copy of your name in the hat if you follow Chapu and Chapovic on Twitter.
6) You get another copy of your name in the hat for every Twitter post that contains ‘#spiffychaps’ or ‘#spiffychaps.com’ (without the apostrophes of course)
You are not limited to one of these extra options, you can do them all!

How do you know who is following you on Twitter and Facebook?
@ Nava: To be eligible you must be on the forums right? When you sign up it asks you for your name. We then cross reference your name to the facebook page. If you’re not using the same name or have a fake name then you can either contact us directly and we’ll work it out, or you miss out on an opprotunity. Same goes with Twitter.
Don’t worry, we thought this contest out.
PS If someone tries to lie about a name we can figure that out too whether it be by analytics, email, ip, or facebook and twitter backends.
Just a quick clarification from my previous post. What I meant was that there is a ‘bio’ section that you can fill out on your profile, and that is after the registration itself.
